TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Client understands that the colours in the images which show the designs may vary slightly from the colours on the product. This is because colours shown on screen and print differ slightly. We do advise to request a sample before ordering stationery.
2. It is the clients responsibility to make sure that their order details are correct and signed off before the order goes to print. Checking the proofs is the responsibility of the client. We require written confirmation by e-mail (signing off) that the client is happy with the proofs or if amendments are needed subsequent proofs will be sent until the client is happy to sign off the final proofs. Printing will not commence until the client confirms that all is okay and we have the go ahead. E-mails are saved and archived for reference.
3. Any changes that the client wishes to make after the proofs have gone
to print will result in an additional charge – these are kept to a minimum and depending on the situation. These will be direct costs from the printer for example.
4. Full payment must be received and cleared by cheque or bank transfer before any stock is ordered for the product. Once this has taken place an order cannot be cancelled or reduced in quantity. More can be ordered if necassary, prices may differ depending on the quantity and if the original order has already been completed.
5. We are confident that you, the client, will be happy with the stationery, however, in the unlikely event of any errors happening on the part of To Have & To Hold these will be rectified at our cost. Please contact us within seven days of receipt of goods, in order for action can be taken. The stationery in question may be needed to be returned to us together with an email explaining any faults or damage (postage will be refunded to the client when established that the fault lies with To Have & To Hold). Stationery will be replaced or changed as necessary based on an individual basis and all settlements will only be replacement stationery, no refunds can be given.
6. The whole range of wedding stationery is fully personalised and printed to order, therefore we are unable to provide refunds for unwanted stationery nor can we accept cancellations once printing has started and stock has been ordered. If a stationery order is cancelled before the stock is ordered then a refund is possible minus £50 for work completed on proofs.
7. All wedding stationery designs are the copyright of To Have & To Hold and any use or reproduction without prior consent is strictly forbidden. We take any copying or printing of our design work very seriously. Legal action will be taken in any such case. Artwork and designs created for you including bespoke designs will remain copyright of To Have & To Hold. I reserved the right to publish these design in magazines/websites and on my personal website.
8. All images and general descriptions contained in To Have & To Hold’ advertisements, websites or other literature are intended for guidance only and shall not be binding. They are indications of the type, size or colour of goods and are intended to represent a general idea of the goods described.
9. To Have & To Hold does everything it can to ensure that you, the client are completely satisfied with your stationery and that it arrives with you safe and sound. However, some things are beyond our control and To Have & To Hold shall not be liable to the customer if the delay or failure was due to any Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident.
10. To Have & To Hold accepts no responsibility for goods lost in transit. Delivery dates are given as an estimate. We cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for any losses arising due to failure to meet such delivery dates. If you have not received your order, you must notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help resolve the problem. It is recommended that you pay extra postage for an upgrade in insurance to cover the amount of you order. i.e extra to cover -
£2 covers up to £100 / £5 covers up to £250 / £10 covers up to £500 / £15 covers up to £750 / £20 covers up to £1000
11. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all copyrights of hymns, poems and readings have been obtained.
12.Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders. And quotes given by To Have & To Hold are valid for 4 months.
13. External links are listed for your convenience, but they are beyond the control of To Have & To Hold.
14. All bespoke designs are the property of To Have & To Hold and may only be printed through To Have & To Hold. The bespoke designs may be incorporated into the main range of To Have & To Hold. The bespoke service is currently free of charge.
